I need help. I want my chatbot to talk first in the conversation, without the user having to say hi to trigger the convo. Also, how can i get the cb to open itself without the user clicking the icon to open it?

I followed the instructions but Chatbot won’t start conversation. It just sits there.

Only works on channels it wont work on the emulator

Sometimes it takes up to 10 seconds for the bot to chat first, by which time the customer has already started the conversation . 😭
