Hello! We are building a chatbot that needs to take a user's photos and videos as input, store them, and then pass them to computer vision models in order to tell the user what is happening in the videos and photos. How would we take photos and videos as input and store them with BotPress?

Hey @steep-forest-57821 that's an interesting use case! Unfortunately Botpress can't process media messages as of yet! You can send media but not receive it (depending on the channel your user could send a file, but it won't be processed)
