Is there a "best practices" when using websites and the knoweldge base? I'm having a terrible time getting it to work. I have added multiple and specific URLs pointing to the information the bot needs to answer certain questions, but I still get back "i don't have answers". Has anyone had luck with web page KB accuracy?
