here's how I set this up^ you need to: 1. add a transition to handle failure 2. send the failure to a separate node 3. use the Query KB card 4. in the input of the Query KB card, use the variable {{event.preview}} which stores your user's last message (in this case, what they asked) 5. send the answer using {{turn.KnowledgeAgent.Answer}} which saves the answer from the query KB card
