Hello I’m new and have a question. When I open my bot it tells me “if I want to remove (number) of documents”. At first I was putting no, but then I noticed my kb responses started changing a little bit and I spent hours trying figuring out what was wrong. It turns out the issue were the documents. However I did not add any documents. It removed 19 documents when I only used plain text 3-5 times. Can someone explain this to me and explain how documents get added without me adding them?
