Hi, i need help. I have a chatbot that is able to answer questions, but incase its not able to answer a question, how can i add a response or message after its not able to answer the question?

You can use an expression to create a transition when the answer is not known. Check out the Office Hours youtube playlist from on the botpress youtube channel, it is great for showing the basics. Good luck!
