because i have a large datatset regarding different domains. when i put all stuff together, sometimes the bot get confused and can't reply accurately. also the large data exceed the kb storage. so i think maybe it is the way to bypass the storage issue. btw way do you know the plan of upgrading the storage. I tired to reach out the team but haven't get response yet
