08/13/2023, 3:58 PMSorry, I mispoke. I have multiple knowledge sources within the knowledge base and one of those sources never gets used in any of the answers. Even when I cherry pick something that specifically is in that source.

08/14/2023, 10:41 AMyou can use {{turn.KnowledgeAgent.citations}} to check what knowledgebase files is used in the answer part. If the website text format is bad for AI searching you can use plain text option to format the document.
