And a few other fixes: 1. the Query knowledge base card was empty - we have to make sure that it's filled with {{event.preview}} so it pulls the user's last question 2. the variables in the cards below were written incorrectly - we're looking for turn.KnowledgeAgent.Answer (for the answer itself) and turn.KnowledgeAgent.responded (to check if the responses was able to be produced)
