i want to create a knowledge base that is personal to every user. in my case , a user have jira tickets, is there a way to get knowledge base to get in those tickets and answer different questions about it ? for example if i ask the bot , how many tickets do i have , what is my last created ticket ... any idea on how to do that ? :/

Hey @modern-finland-97226 have you had a chance to play around with tables and selectors? https://botpress.com/docs/cloud/studio/tables/ You could keep all your Jira issues in a table, and then select all the issues assigned to a certain user.
