Unfortunately, but I don't have the link. I also couldn't save a screenshot of our initial conversation. This is what I recall: I messaged you about how the bot occasionally shares the link and sometimes doesn't. I included all the links in the "text document" from the Knowledge Base Source. Afterward, you advised me to generate a report ID so that your team could replicate what I did. I hope this is helpful

Hello, I experience the same problem. Links contained in a KB (I tried text and tables) don't always appear. Often the bot will answer something like "The link is: " so it appears like it's stripping out the url. Why is it happening and how to fix it?
