Custom image on floating icon

I tried to add a custom image as my floating icon. The documentation says to use: .bpw-floating-button { background-image: url(YOUR_URL); } I put my image URL into this code and added it to my whole CSS, but no image is displayed still. You can see in the image below what i actually see. Any fix?

This is what I managed to do.
Right now the icon has a fixed size of 52x52px

Here is the file I used to create the example I showed. It's not simple but it as everything you need to make it work. I will send some feedback to the team about the documentation.

i tried adding a background image to the floating icon too. Im getting the blue icon as well, not the background image...

There's a default CSS file that is also used. Not all classes can be overridden it's something we are working on to ensure it's easier to work with the chat Icon.
