Report ID of KB hallucinating.

can you share some pics ? i'm curious to see if you are facing same issues like me.. i also made a report

I don't have any pictures with me right now, but essentially, I listed some common questions followed by common answers in the KB. But the bot keeps giving me an answer that is not found in any of the questions that I supplied.
