No limits because you're running everything on your own hardware. Chinese not supported on the default language server, so you would need to spin up your own language server and add the Chinese embeddings to it.

Then you add Chinese embeddings from https://fasttext.cc/docs/en/crawl-vectors.html, do some config on v12, and then you'll be able to support Chinese
