Hey guys, I have the ‘entire web’ as the knowledge base on one specific node, and documentation as another knowledge base on a different node. The ‘entire web’ Knowledge base sometimes takes over and even is used on nodes without ‘knowledge answering’ enabled. For example on my first node there’s no knowledge enabled but when i type ‘hello’ it will tell me a random fact about the word ‘hello’. Is there a way to make it that only specific knowledge bases are used at very specific times instead of throughout the whole bot.

Thank you my friend, another small thing is that i want the bot to answer different questions with different KBs, for example on my second node it is for customer support(with customer support documentation kbs) but afterwards they can ask general questions about the company (with the entire web as KB) how do i differentiate between the two so that it doesn’t search the web for customer service enquiries

hmm... that's a bit more complicated 🙂 If you design the KB well, Ai should know when to find answer. You can also give the noods and knowledge base names and give more precise information in the prompt to your KB agent. You can also try with folders. It is best to watch this clip
