Thanks for the video. I guess I was trying to avoid the multiple choice card and just have the bot recognize it automatically via the question. For example: KB1: Support Docs KB2: Live Q&A Both KBs have information about my question, but I only want the answers from Support Docs. Or to be honest, better yet, I get the answers from both KBs separately. The problem im trying to solve for is that I have many different KBs and sources that have overlaping information and sometimes it just doesnt give me enough information when I know more info exists in a different KB.
