Hello. Is there a way to view the chat between the bot and a person and join it myself? For example, in SendPulse, it's done as shown in the screenshot. I tried using services that connect to Telegram where you can write, but then botpress stops responding.

There's no HITL right now AFAIK. What I would do is something similar to how the people from botpress used to have customer support chat. They had an integration with Intercom but I think you could make it with anything. Whenever you want to get the gist of a conversation use the summary agent to throw that your way (either summary or transcript) then have a keyword to "pause" the bot for X amount of time. And once you're done, another keyword to resume

I have not tried it in this version in the v12 I would have some code detect a keyword and then just set a timeout. The easiest path (if you can) should be to do the intercom integration since I believe intercom has that built in
