Can we consider adding the ability for the bot to send an email? Either send an email to the user or the dev team/company. This can useful for sending chat history as copy, for confirming an appointment or sharing content for the user to keep a record of. The email to the dev/team or company could be used as notifications of bad experiences, errors, or follow-up tasks and much more.

I think you can do that with a make.com or zapier webhook.

Very true! I actually already do this with Microsoft's Powerautomate (Flow). But having a lot of api calls will slow down the bot
