hey guys I have a really noob question but need some help. should be a simple fix but this is my first bot creation. in short, i have a single choice option set up, once that choice is chosen by the user, i need the bot to check the knowledge base (web url) to see if that choice is available. if it is available, it will give response #1, if it is not available, it will give response #2 and fill out details, etc. where is the if/what action? i attached image as well:
