-----------SOLVED------------- Hello, I'm trying to make my KBs work but I have a hard time.. I currently have a workflow where the chat greets the user, ask for his name, then listen to his question. No matter how simple the question is, the chat can't give an answer and goes to the path "KB not answered" thing. Context : - Chat language is French, NOT hardcoded but simple user language recognition. The KB description and title is in French - For Knowledges bases, I tried 2 ways of implementing : single pages URL (imported and indexed 25 URLs), and web Search (with either "Search the entire web" or "search specific websites"). - I tried this with 2 different random websites similar to those in my target niche. Both those websites have a sitemap, but not in the .xml format URL. As these are french websites, the sitemap name is "plan-du-site", so the URL looks like https://www.domain.com/plan-du-site Here are the 2 websites URLs so you can see by yourself if you can do something - Also, my knowledges bases are put in different folders, each with a particular name, and in each of them there is a KB and a workflow. The name of the file is the same for both the KB and the Workflow. I've done my best to include the maximum information so you can help me. If anything is missing, don't hesitate to ask me ! For anyone that is having issues, make sure KB is enabled.

Thanks for solving the issue ! The problem was I didn't activate the KB answering on the nodes where I asked something to the user. The only time where I used KB answering was on the "Ask KB" node
