Now that I've a knowledge base. It is filled with many Eco friendly tips. So how should I work on this workflow so that everytime when someone ask tips it will give our one tips from the knowledge base randomly and different everytime? Can someone help me with this. Thanks

You mean format the answer? You can use an AI task to do that, just pass the knowledge answer as an input and prompt the AI task to format it as a list.
