for me conversation is saved when navigating inside website, clicking any link inside. Because code is in body. Chatbot follows you through your site.

I put embed chatbot code inside header in wordpress using WPCode plugin

I found the cause！ Conversation continuation is not possible in my Chrome, but it is OK in Edge. What seems to be wrong with my Chrome. Probably due to extensions.
