Hello, I am new here and I have a question. It may already been answered before but I couldn't find it.
Is there a way to get my chatbot to summarize the answer from knowledge base? Is it possible? I want the answer to be short and precise.

I would recommend having the knowledge base simple and with only the needed information. Then use the personality agent to adjust the response to your liking.
You could try using the personality agent and then telling it to make the answers short but it doesnt work to well for me
