Hi @orange-lighter-82908 I know it is possible, but I believe you'll need some code experience for that. I have a Chatbot that is integrated with a website that give me up to date information about an ongoing process, I know you'll need to call an API from that site but to be honest you'd be better of talking to a developer

an so adding execute code card will help for any website, it doesn't have to be Shopify right?

Maybe you could create a webhook to where the info is?
