I love Botpress big time, despite its complexity for a non-technical user. Howbeit, we have been looking to a whatsapp messaging tool that hasa CRM as well to broadcast messages and receive responses from customers. I landed on respond.io but it doesnt have GPT-native capabilites like Botpress. The best possible solution in my case is integrating botpress with a CRM tool that allows for human handover within chats. Can you guide me please?👍

Well, sure it will, as long as i would be able to add the HUman in the loop capability and add whatsapp as a channel (not sure if at that stage will i need to add whatsapp as a channel to Botpress or Zendesk). But i beleive it will be very helpful inshallah 🙂
