can i add an option to chat with a live person?

@lively-dusk-32687 they will ad HITL (human in the loop) soon, but as a work around for that you send a link for a whatssapp chat or any other message app you prefer, that will open a chat with a real person with one click. I use whatsapp so I jus tput my number after this link https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=XXXX-XXXX and it works just fine, if you use Messenger, Telegram or other there might be a similar alternative
