Now my question is: Is it possible to send variables to a specific Google Sheet that contains the same headers and automatically filled in. The same data should also be sent to the company's email. How could I create this webhook?

I personaly use Pabbly.com instead of Zapier, but you can also do automations with make.com. See what works best for you
