Hi all, I am wondering whether anyone has been able to crack how the Bot that is deployed on WhatsApp / message can be the first to initiate the conversation? I'm not a wiz at this but I am aware there would need to be a trigger or two before. For context, when interacting with a lead I plan to only collect some of the information upfront before initiating another conversation on their mobile to gather the rest, ideally increasing number of lead captures at the firsts stage. Alternative was to hit up old leads using the same method where the Bot may have a table / list of first names and phone numbers to reach out to first with some single choice questions.
