I want conversations that happen in the messenger integration of the chatbot to be directly seen in GHL as well. Is there anyway that can be done?

My bad, did a google search. Not sure how GHL works exactly, but your problem looks like a good candidate for a custom integration. In theory, you could create your own integration that connects to your messenger channels and at the same time syncs your conversations with GHL or any other tool for that matter

Another thing you could try is use an execute code card and send the conversation id to your own server, where you fetch the conversation and then send that to GHL
