Is there anyways to have the bubbles or text show automatically without having the customer text first to show the bots first text? I have been trying to troubleshoot this for the past 2 hours and I cant seem to figure it out. Please let me know how I can do this. Thank you!

I tried this and tested it but the text wouldnt show automatically
I want this to work as well for messenger integration is that possible?

my start skips the welcome and goes to my check knowledge like this: but be warned. I am not sure if this is the best way to do this.

So this is my goal
I want someone to text a phrase on messenger from an ad which triggers the correct flow
however right now whenever I test it I type in the phrase once and says conversation started
I have to type it again for it to work
Best case is to have the bubbles pop up on the messenger automatically but if it doesnt then atleast this method is a backup
I even tried what you did right now and in testing it doesnt seem to work

Are you using it in the emulator
Or on a webpage right now
Because
The trigger doesn't work in the emulator
Since its always open
Try opening it on a browser
Then wait for the trigger
That should fix the issue @average-memory-57936

Since i cant see your whole workflow i can only guess. My guess would be that the workflow ended which resulst in it starting again which means that you will go to the text card that contains the message "Conversation trigger not working"
I would make the start block connect up with the first node and not the one its connected to right now.
That means that you can also test the bot in the emulator from now on
Then i would take a look at the logs to see what happens after the bot sends the message "When are you looking to buy?"
Also would take a look at the workflow.
But i cant really do that
