Assuming GPT 4 is not available, if possible try to narrow the context of your search so you are asking a narrower question and/or targeting a smaller and more focused knowledge repository. It is more cumbersome to manage, but categorize your questions and knowledge stores if you can reasonably separate them.

QnA in each kb. Good kb descriptions. Not any redundant information. Keep it short and to the point. Make the personality agent write a professional and formal response not the kb.
