Issue with Integration - Publish link of a BOT

08/25/2023, 11:15 AMI just completed a bot, which works on EDIT MODE in the TESTING chat on the right corner. but then when I publish it, the integration public link does not work. I type "Hi" and get no answer from the chatbot - Anyone from support, my chatbot is "DEMO MARTIAL ART"

yes that's an issue, can you try and disable then re-enable the webchat channel?
