yeah, when i ask it to give me a recommendation for a yacht
it tells me the recom
but then i ask for a more expensive one and it says it doesnt have the answer
i made so clear the prices in the KB, they aer in the first 10 lines

Your workflow is a bit confusing and when uploading the picture to discord its a bit low resolution so i cant really see whats going on there. If you have a QnA in your KB i would add the Question "Can i see one that is more expsive" or something like that. Then the answer would just be the most expensive one. Then i would use an AI task for the knowledgebase answer there and prompt it to see if the current yacht is the same as the one before since you dont want to send the same yacht twice.

and now im trying the web pages and it seems it extracts the info perfectly, but the bot cant responde to anything, not even to a hello
how can i do the chatbot
but to use the ai task to respond?
instead of the standard version?

La verdad es que como menciona decay el flujo del bot esta un poco complejo asi que lo hace dificil de troubleshootear

ya te digo, es solo la parte de arriba
el tema es que estaba en llamada con el cliente y no podia ni responder a lo más básico, suerte que le dije que era un prototipo 💀
