In EP 7 of office hours 33:46.(manipulating knowledge base responses), @bumpy-butcher-41910 mentioned someone who was somehow using AI task card with intents. Instead of using a lot of intents he/she used AI task card with intents. So that the AI task card can identify the Intent of the user. (I hope what I'm saying is right:/ Does anyone know how to do this? I need it. (Cuz I'm have to add 50-70 intents and of course the bot is getting confused)
