1) I can assure you that the downtime we had yesterday had absolutely nothing to do with the new CSS. Probably more to do with the added millions of users across many large deployments. We are working hard on scaling the infrastructure and rebuilding the components in a way that will prevent downtimes in the future. 2) I am very skeptical you got the new CSS on your existing bot. We did a database migration on all existing bots to make sure they would NOT be receiving the new style automatically for exactly this reason. Only new chatbots receive the new CSS theme. Also, it's just CSS. You can always revert back to your old theme by changing the /v1/ in the URL to /v0/ if you don't like the theme.
