Hey! I am currently building a Q&A bot and the information is stored in a Knowledge base. I was wondering, what is the main difference between an "AI Task Generated Answer" Vs a regular "Knowledge Base Generated Answer"?

KB answer takes the KBs you upload or point the bot to whereas the AI one can either use the KB or just answer from what it knows on its own
