How do I get the bot to understand context like when a user asks "do you..." they mean the company referred to in the knowledgebase? Example: Company is a Law Firm but if you ask the bot "Do you have ice cream"? it cheerfully says "yes". If you ask does [company name] have ice cream, it will answer No, they do not. I tried explaining this in an AI Task but it doesn't seem to get it. Thoughts?

I think if you add knowledge base prompt it should work

I just added a text prompt in the knowledgebase that said "If the user input contains any form of the word "you", always assume they are referring to [company name]." That seemed to work.
