Whenever we use translator agent the carrousel doesn't show up in the webchat. However it shows in the emulator. Can anyone help?

Hey @wide-match-41654 that's really interesting. Are there any errors in the logs or in your browser console when that happens?

When using a language other than english, the translator agent transforms the carousel payload incorrectly and removes some fields, leading to the carousel not being displayed in the webchat.
