@bumpy-butcher-41910 as soon as I open the studio to botpress it says that some items in the knowledge base aren’t being used. Then it gives me the option to delete them or just leave them be. I have a text document as a knowledge base (which is just me saying “ the customers email is blabla@hotmail.com”) and a website as a knowledge base. The website knowledge base works fine but the text document isn’t being read by the AI
