Hey I want to use Ai for my FAQ but unfortunately it gives constantly wrong answers. So I was thinking that document i was providing (PDF) is hard to read/understand. That is why I have the same information in my tables. But can I actually use the table as a knowledge base in my Ai Task? If yes how do I do that?

hey @quaint-plastic-78691 i believe the best format for a FAQ would be in plain text/text document, but answering your queston, tables can be used as a KB sure

@ambitious-vr-9887 Thanks! How exactly? and yes I also copy pasted it as text document but somehow it gives wrong answers even when i ask easy questions like "How many real estate do we have in xyz street?" It should just count the rows but it just guesses random numbers
