I've loaded your problem report. Unfortunately I don't see this error in the production logs associated with your chatbot.
I can still help you but you'll need to give me a path to reproduction. i.e what's the sequence of message that I need to send to reproduce the error. (you can send it in private if you prefer)

If you can reproduce it on the studio and generate a report at that moment, it would help us a lot to replicate the issue. Also, we added more details to the cloud logs yesterday, but they will only be available when the bot is republished
