I tried to structure the KB as you suggested. Now, it no longer has hallucinations, but it often happens that it responds with "I don't know the answer," even though the answer is clearly written in the KB. Moreover, it's unable to provide complete information. For instance, if I ask, "What white motorcycles do you have available?" it only responds with one model instead of all the ones that are actually available. Do you have any other ideas? 🙏 It's been over a month now that I've been facing issues with the KB, and I'm not sure how to fix it.😔
