That in some way (when A.I. cannot find an answer, when a customer sends a picture or until there is a possibility to choose...) it will be switched to the possibility of support (human) answering. It doesn't even have to be answered within the platform on which the bot is integrated (if that's a problem), a separate platform can be created just for that.

I know you can get it to whatsapp or messanger but it would be nice to connect it with a real person
