I’m building a real estate bot that helps find users their ideal house based on their preferences. My knowledge base is the web search function to a particular real estate site. I don’t have access to the back end. I am able to fairly accurately return properties with certain characteristics however my problem is that the website data contains houses that are both sold and on the market. The bot loves to return houses that are already sold and obviously this is useless. How can I differentiate between the sold and unsold properties. It says sold or for sale in the listing titles being scraped but I can’t get the ai task to differentiate them. Thanks.
