I created new bot but the header menu , conversion history/delete/download or close are not showing in my bot. I tried to add the variables to the html as shown in the documentation for section #3 they , after I have done so, yes they displayed but are not functioning. Kindly show me how can I enable this menu and get it to work as it’s very important for easy navigation. Thanks

Check the CSS, you probably have a line that hides them
