Can someone explain to me how many chatbot I can create and if it uses the same incoming messages or does each one have its own number of messages?

hey bomba, in the self-serve plan you're able to create 5 chatbots and have 1,000 monthly incoming messages available for free, shared across all 5 bots.

Can I create more than 5 and can I buy an infinite number of messages in an automatic way so that chatbots do not stop receiving messages? And if I want to put a limit on messages on a specific chatbot, can I?

If you upgrade your account by adding your credit card you'll be able to create up to 10 bots I believe. The charge is pay-as-you-go based on incoming message volume. You can set a limit of how much you want to pay monthly & it's applied on a per workspace basis
