09/04/2023, 2:41 AMAfter setting up the integrations through Facebook Developer , I tested it through one of my accounts, which it did work but was very buggy ( asking the same questions twice, asking multiple questions with no response given). So I tried messaging it on another account to see if it would work better, and the bot did not answer. If anyone out there can help I would greatly appreciate it, thank you.

09/04/2023, 10:30 AMHey @refined-memory-1688 Facebook requires apps (like chatbots) to go through a manual approval process before they can talk to accounts that aren't the developer or approved testers. https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/app-review/
