I am getting wrong answers from the knowledge database. It's Airbnb chatbot. KB is divided into segments. There is information about items that are not included in a flat. But when the question about the item is asked the information is not found in the KB. If I ask give me a list of items in a flat it gives me correct list of items included and not included in a flat. After that I repeat the first question about a specific item and I get the correct answer. How to get the correct answer ALWAYS?
