My bot likes to refer to the KB explicitly in some of its more complex responses i.e. "For more information about pricing, you can refer to the pricing.docx document" or "For more information you can refer to the smalltalk context" This content is not (and should not) be directly accesible by the user. Is there any way to force the bot to answer from the KB documents and not simply refer users to them

In the Knowledge Agent settings you can give him indications. Explicitly tell him to never mention the document names
