Hey, here’s a pic of my bots main workflow, when either intent is satisfied, it executes a different workflow. In each workflow and folder there is a KB. The first thing that happens when it goes down the workflow is a knowledge query with ‘event.preview’ as the question. THIS WAS WORKING ALL OF YESTERDAY but suddenly decided not to work now. I exported my bot into an entirely new blank bot and it worked again. When I came back later it wasn’t working again hence I think it is a bug on the Botpress side. I don’t want to keep exporting my bots into new ones please help 😦 The question in the emulated definitely satisfies the intent and there is knowledge within the kb to answer that question . Tia

Hey Gordy, I submitted the report, but it includes an export which may mean that when you test it it could work (as I’ve tried this solution before) try ask the same question as the screenshot of the emulator. I’ll send a pic of the report Id now, thank you for your help
